1. Agreement
By using FilingDesk (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the change.
2. What FilingDesk is — and isn't
FilingDesk prepares and files business-formation documents on your behalf. FilingDesk is not a law firm, is not a substitute for an attorney or accountant, and does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Information on this site is general and may not fit your situation.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Filings are made using the details you give us. You confirm you are authorized to form the entity and to act for any members or owners you list.
4. Fees and state filing costs
Our service fees are shown before you pay. Government filing fees are passed through at cost and are set by each state. Prices are flat and disclosed up front, with no hidden add-ons.
5. Refunds
Plans are backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee on our service fee. Government filing fees already submitted to a state are non-refundable, as they are paid to the state, not to FilingDesk.
6. No guarantee of outcomes
We work to file accurately and promptly, but we do not control state agencies and cannot guarantee approval, timing, or a specific result. State processing times vary.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FilingDesk's total liability for any claim is limited to the service fees you paid us for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
